a month agoGood mixture of play equipment, large space so never feels crowded. We liked the water slide weekends in the summer. Even better now that the field is open again.

a year agoAwesome playground. Biggest issue is they redid the grass last year, and didn't install sprinklers. As a result, the grass died, and it was a dirt pit from May-September. A kind, fun, welcoming dirt pit, but a dirtpit nonetheless. Great pool, playground, basketball courts, and baseball field.

3 years agoGreat park that isn’t as stuffy as many of the others in the city. Despite the park not technically allowing dogs, the fields are sectioned off partially blocking one area from the next (including the playground). This helps to avoid any issues with dogs and little ones playing at the same time. All in all, it’s a great place to have within a couple of blocks of your home.

4 years agoNice little park section is very popular for people with kids. The fields are closed off due to lead contamination and people myself included choose to use them for dogs. While technically prohibited, it is well fenced and rarely uses by anyone else. Just be respectful. There are also basketball courts and a public pool which I've never used, but also seem very popular. There's a small community garden in the back that doesn't really get taken care of.

3 years agoAs a child I frequently enjoyed this playground a lot. It has much to offer; from basketball, to football, cheerleader try outs, a nice size swimming pool, summer camp, activities and baseball. All of your children will enjoy playing here and the area just seems to be getting better and better.
