5 months agoI’ve participated in many different events:programs at Chicago SUP!! All the programs they offer are 5-star! From private lessons, Camp SUP, board rentals, racing team, yoga, and breath/mediation sup… I’ve never once been let down. They are extremely professional and always have your safety in mind! (Plus a lot of photos!)

5 months agoKirsten is the best! I signed up for a 1:1 lesson so she could help fix my self-taught form for an upcoming long SUP tour. Turns out she'd done that race several times! She offered so much valuable advice, both on my form and what to expect for the race. And with an amazing, positive attitude. Highly recommend Chicago SUP to learn paddleboarding.

2 years agoI took the SUP level 1 camp with Kirsten and I enjoyed every aspect of the experience. Everyone in our class had varying experience levels on day 1 and Kirsten made sure that we all had fun and learned something to improve or gain new skills, no matter what our prior experience had been. She taught us that SUP is a social sport and through this class I made connections that I hope will carry on to more paddling together and building community :) Kirsten also makes sure to get photos of everyone, which I love!! I highly recommend SUP camp to anyone with even the slightest interest in paddleboarding!

2 years agoWhy didn’t I do this sooner?! I live near a big lake and lagoon and never thought about doing standup paddleboarding until last summer! Kirsten was an excellent teacher and had me standing on the board on the first day! I took another level one class this summer to feel more secure and again— an awesome experience! Kirsten encourages community building within the class so I walked away from both camps with new friends —- as well as a new sport that I can do for the rest of my life!

2 years agoThis the second year I’ve been paddling with Chicago SUP. I’ve done it all: rented a board, bought a package of rentals, taken a lesson with a pro, attended Camp SUP, participated in the sunrise paddles and even joined the race team. I started as a very anxious beginner. I’ve grown more confident over time. All the staff is extremely professional and courteous. They make summer in Chicago a real treat!
