2 weeks agoThere’s no doubt that this was the most fun day in the lives of our 1-year and 5-month-old twins since they were born. We wish this place were closer to our home—we’d come every day. And with so many different activities here, we’re sure they’d never get tired of it, even if we came daily.

a week ago* this is an edit. I thought it was expensive but if you get the pass for one year it's a better deal. They don't allow adults to enter without children so that helps keep them safe. My daughter loves this place! it is an amazing place with all kinds of stuff. Plus it's always busy with lots of kids and people. So you know that's for a reason.

a month agoGood place to visit with kids under 7. With 8 or older, recommend to visit to next door museum: Charles Museum.

a week agoThis museum is so much fun, a bit difficult to navigate with two under two and 6 and 7 year olds while solo parenting. However; we love the water features outside and the treehouse and there’s so much packed in. My downside was a few very poor customer service moments at the front desk. We drive six hours to come there and back. We use ebt. My first visit last week I was charged double by a grumpy youth and we had only an hour and a half of time before they closed not knowing their hours were quite early. I found out she double charged me today at our visit when I questioned the price and was told she incorrectly charged us. I would hope they would have given us a free entrance today or passes for next time to make it right, but they did not. Based on poor customer service I would probably not return a third time. Update: I spoke with Kelly and Colleen in the offices who apologized for someone not correcting the mistake and the interactions with a few younger desk staff employees. They refunded our visits and were very kind and understanding. Will return based on how they handled the feedback/situation!

10 months agoThis is a wonderful place for children and their caregivers to explore and have fun. We have been there 3 times, and we still have not seen the whole place. Our favorite place so far is the Tot Zone for those under 2 and one half. There is a far-out space adventure, places to role play, many areas to explore how things work and so much more!!!
