3 weeks agoThis was a decent theater. Had to stand outside in the cold to get tickets. The seats were comfortable but very hard to hold my husband's hand because the arm rest was not moveable. Other than that, decent experience

2 months agoMy first movie experience at this place wasn't so great. It was 25 degrees F outside and we were told that the heaters of our show auditorium 19 were not working. There was no prior intimation or anything before heading so we could have avoided the drive and cold. Offering the last minute refund after reaching to the theater doesn't help either. Will advise anyone to call before you head and make sure everything is right if it's a special occasion for you.

2 weeks agoMy friend and I have been planning to see the Minecraft movie ever since it was announced. She is visiting from out of state and I unfortunately picked this place because it was located in between where we are both staying. I really wish I would've taken her to my usual theater instead. The movie was released at the beginning of the month so the theater wasn't packed at all but there was a group of unsupervised younger teens. They kept running up and down the stairs and even a kid tripped and fell on a couple sitting in the row in front of them. They kept lighting up the place with the flashlight on their phone too. Loud shushing, laughing, hollering, up and down the stairs. Finally, security came in and forced the teens to leave but for some reason that I'm assuming, they were looking for a phone that they had dropped, so they kept allowing these kids to keep running up the stairs to where they were seated, then back down the stairs.... then the staff joined too! A theater lady brought in her flashlight to shine all over and was speaking in her normal volume voice while walking back down the stairs. This entire time, the movie is still playing and there was such a distraction going on that they should have just paused the dang movie, turned the lights on, found the phone and then removed the group. When we left, the police were outside with the group of teens going through their phones. We spent a ridiculous amount of money but it does win the most interrupted movie we have ever seen! A refund would've been nice...

a month agoThis is my favorite movie theatre. They are a little smaller than the other big chain theatre's. I like the personal touches. It seems so cozy. This is the cheapest theatre for matinees. But with that said, they miss NOTHING from the chain theaters.
