• • No shoes or bare feet are allowed in the play area or on play surfaces.
• • Parental/guardian supervision is required at all times; staff ensure a fun and safe environment, but parents/guardians are responsible for their children.
• • All participants (adults and children) must have a signed waiver before entering the play area (can be completed online or upon arrival, valid for a full calendar year).
• • Play structure is engineered by ISO9001: 2000, ASTM, and CE certified manufacturer Angel Playground, meeting all ASTM standards.
• • Equipment undergoes a 6-month maintenance schedule by Wonder6 for servicing, repairs, or replacements.

• • Cleaning & Sanitization: Play structures and high-touch surfaces are regularly sanitized throughout the day and daily. Deep cleanings are completed weekly every Sunday.
• • A ball cleaning machine is used to clean, sanitize, and air-dry ocean balls every Sunday and as needed.

📅Booking Policy

• • Open Play: Walk-ins are welcome, reservations are not required.
• • A live capacity tracker is available on the homepage (based on ADULT available seating) to check busyness.
• • Parties/Private Rentals: Call to check availability and reserve with a 20% deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date, unless otherwise arranged.
• • Waivers can be completed online before visit for quicker check-in and are valid for a full calendar year.
