4 months agoWe live in the houses right by Clark’s Creek Nature Preserve and this place has it all (even a nice little pond), especially being inside the perimeter. Kudos to whoever does the upkeep of the trail. It’s a wonderful place for any of your needs; whether you wanna do a photoshoot, walk the pups, take kiddos on a stroll, etc. It’s got wide open spaces and a loop through the woods to help immerse you into nature to escape the hustle and bustle (and fortunately for us, it’s right in our backyard!)

2 months agoGreat clean wide open space to think, walk your dog and enjoy some calm time outside. Only 20 minutes from downtown Charlotte and 10 from Concord, this park feels like you're farther out in the country with plenty of walking trails through beautiful fields and trees.

4 years agoAwesome small nature preserve. The outer loop is only around 1.5-2 miles, but there are a lot of connecting trails. The majority of the preserve's trails run through grassland with a loop winding through the forest at the back, and there is also a pond on the property. The trails are mostly grass and dirt with a short section of gravel at the beginning. This is a great place to walk, run, and enjoy nature.

7 months agoLove the splash pad! They have great covered picnic tables all around the splash pad and bathrooms right there. The playground could definitely use some shade.
