Delightful urban kayaking experience. One hour is just enough time to reach Lake Michigan and return. Or, tool around more casually in some of the smaller channels. Polite, responsive service. Recommended.

Had a beautiful night on the river using Clearwater Kayaks. The equipment was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Actually, while I was feeling floppy and awkward getting in/out of the kayak, each staff person I interacted with was genuinely NICE. Which is just the best energy to be around!

What a fun experience this was! If you’re looking for a great Paddleboard or kayak rental and explore some amazing historical buildings through the river canal - this is a cute spot in Milwaukee! Easy to find - staff was friendly - and if you’re hungry stop over to the Milwaukee Public Market! We got lucky to see a band also perform in the waters 🥰

This was my first time kayaking this river. I had made reservations and the check in process was quick and easy. The two women were friendly polite and courteous. They explained the rules of the river and we were on our way. I only was out for an hour as I had a novice kayaker with me. I would certainly becoming back with more friends to enjoy the river.

Renting a kayak on the Milwaukee River with Clearwater was awesome! We had to reschedule our rental due to a conflict and they were so accommodating to us. We even arrived late to our scheduled time, but the employees still gave us our full two hours and gave us suggestions on where we should stop as we were on the river! It was just lovely.
