6 months agoThis place is really nice. They have 2 rooms with rope climbing. Last time I went they had at least 6 auto belays. Downstairs is the bouldering pit. They usually have a really good variety and name their routes, usually a bit of humor to their route naming. Their slabs are really nice. True to form grading. The venue itself is beautiful it's an old masonic temple. Small parking lot at the main entrance.

4 months agoHands down best climbing gym for top rope and lead in Cleveland. There are routes for everyone, from absolute beginner to advanced. Amazing staff and great local vibe. Also a solid boulder and training area. Always a fun time to climb there.

a month agoThe inside is gorgeous with full-ceiling skylights, multiple climbing areas, historical features, and well-maintained walls. The routes are changed often enough. Staff is super friendly and helpful. And prices are GREAT for day passes, snacks, equipment, etc!

a year agoI’ve been looking for a new rock gym to get back into and this is it. The staff is awesome , super cool, the space is very spacious and cool. I haven’t done top rope? Rappelling? until I came here. The instructors are great and the routes are really fun. The glass ceiling makes the route all the more rewarding , peep the pics. I like the bouldering setup, I can’t wait to go back for the updated routes. I recommend you see for yourself , it’s very cool

a year agoCleveland Rocks was my favorite part of my time in Cleveland! This gym is full of knowledgeable, kind, and caring staff. My friends and I tour around the country for work, and the employees were willing to work with us to put together a private lead class that worked with our schedule! Chase was a very kind, patient teacher, and we all agree that we look forward to coming back. Great routes, plenty of variety and challenge. Mainly top rope routes with four auto belays, and LOTS of great lead routes. This gym is so unique (and we have been to a BUNCH of gyms around the country) because it is in an old Masonic temple. Very neat. Also precious clothing thrift shop, goodies at the front desk, great gear to buy, and a cute basement bouldering gym. I can't wait to come back to Cleveland just for this gym!
