💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • If visiting from out of town, inquire about multi-day pass options.
  • Before joining, thoroughly review and understand all membership cancellation policies and potential re-enrollment fees if you foresee needing to pause or end your membership.
  • Keep meticulous records of all membership interactions, especially regarding cancellation attempts (dates, names of staff, copies of emails) to safeguard against billing disputes.
  • Be aware that re-enrollment fees may apply even if you were a member recently and wish to rejoin.

Things to Consider

  • Reports of rude and obnoxious general manager.
  • Re-enrollment fee of $100 for former members, even if an initial $200 enrollment fee was paid earlier in the year.
  • Extremely poor customer service regarding membership cancellation; members reported being billed continuously despite multiple attempts (emails, speaking to three billing people) to cancel.
  • Allegations of predatory and fraudulent billing practices leading to credit card disputes.

Price & Value

Membership fees are paid monthly by long-term members, who generally express satisfaction with the value for the extensive facilities provided. Multi-day passes are available for visitors. However, potential hidden costs and value concerns include a $100 re-enrollment fee for former members (even if an initial $200 enrollment was paid), and severe issues with membership cancellation leading to continued billing and credit card disputes, which significantly detract from overall value and transparency.

When to Avoid

  • If you anticipate needing flexibility with your membership (e.g., canceling and rejoining), due to reported issues with re-enrollment fees and difficult cancellation processes.
  • If you prioritize exceptional customer service, especially concerning billing and membership management, as multiple negative experiences are reported.
  • If you are sensitive to potentially rude management or staff when addressing policy questions.

I was visiting from out of town and was able to buy a multi-day pass (Thank you, Holly). The classes (yoga, body pump, core) were fabulous. The teachers are top notch. The outdoor pool was heated just right for lap swimming. Locker rooms are clean and the clientele friendly.

A truly heavenly place. It has everything you need to feel like a very special person—an incredibly comfortable fitness center with plenty of functional equipment, group classes for children and adults to suit all tastes, a tennis court where your family can practice or take a few lessons from great professionals, and a spa area with a jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam, each in separate men’s and women’s locker rooms, so you can fully relax without having to hold in your stomach the whole session hoping to look slimmer. There’s also a kids’ club where they take great care of your little one (my child absolutely loves it), and a basketball court (this is where they keep an eye on my husband). All in all, my family is glad we joined this club long ago and happily pays the membership fees every month. Highly recommend to everyone!

Obnoxious general manager and greedy establishment. I used to be a member earlier this year and when I went to join back today, they wanted to charge me enrollment fee of $100. I had already paid enrollment earlier this year ($200) and now they wanted it again just to restart my membership. Seems beyond greedy to push a button and re-enable a membership. When I went and talked to the general manager and asked what is the logic of charging enrollment fee again since I was a member there until May this year, the person goes “you should have never left”. The rude and obnoxious attitude was a huge turnoff.

Don't join this club. The customer service is beyond terrible. I have spoken to three billing people and have been sending emails since October 2024 to cancel my membership and they are still billing me. Its not a mistake or an accident, its intentionally predatory and fraudulent. Today, I opened a dispute with my credit card company.
