CMX CinéBistro at Hyde Park Village

This has to be the coolest and most pleasant experience ever watching a movie. Not a big fan of theaters and last been to a movie was back in 2017. The place is very pleasant, clean, well manned and an absolutely amazing experience especially watching one of my favorite actor Tami Malik ❤️

My partner and I have made weekday movie dates at CineBistro Hyde Park a regular tradition, always choosing it over places like AMC WestShore for what we thought would be a premium experience. Unfortunately, our visit on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025, was deeply disappointing. Although our server, Precious, was wonderful and the food and wine recommendation were great (our bill was over $100), the technical issues ruined the experience. The bass from the theater next door was thunderous, making it hard to hear the dialogue. On top of that, the movie glitched five times, and at one point, we honestly thought the screen was going to load like Netflix buffering. It completely took us out of the movie. Even worse was the customer service when I tried to voice my concerns. I called during the movie to speak to a manager and was hung up on twice by a staff member who was literally eating buffalo wings while on the phone. I left my name and number but never got a call back. I called again the next day, and although a kind gentleman helped me, still no manager was available. As a regular guest who chooses CineBistro expecting a higher standard, this visit fell far short of expectations—both technically and in service. Very disappointing, and not what you expect when you’re spending good money for a better experience.

Oh my! The environment, atmosphere, ambience is so beautiful in this place. I’m about to be your #1 customer. I think that was the host in the front of the lobby .. so sweet answered every question thoroughly. The bartenders were smiling from ear to ear and had great customer service. Drinks were amazing , the movie and service inside the theater was amazing ! Servers were great .. this place is amazing and I will be back.

The best mix of fine dinning and watching a movie,the food was great,the service exceptionally good.i found a new best spot for me time.i highly recommend for sure.

Let me start by saying we love it here, so much so, we are regulars! It's very comfortable & super clean. The food is fantastic and served in a timely fashion. The customer service is outstanding. The Management is super accommodating and always happy to help. Roberto is awesome! He's professional, fair, super friendly. Our experience has always been nothing short of awesome!
