a year agoThis is a nice get away from home park for kids and parent. One of the uniqueness about this place is the tennis 🎾 court. There is slide 🛝, sand pit, swings and seat for adult to watch over their little ones. Parking space also available.

6 months agoThis place has public tennis courts, good bathrooms, and 2 playgrounds--one for 3-5, and another for 6-11. It also happens to be the site of both the Germantown Charity Horse Show and the Germantown Festival. I guess check the calendar to make sure you aren't trying to go on one of those weekends.

3 years agoIt's a decant park, I went to play Pokemon Go after parking on Germantown Road and was about a 20 min walk from where I park. The benches were a little worn but as far as scenery, appeal, cleanliness and outdoor feeling, definitely a cool park to go to.

4 years agoThis park is a wonderful. The best thing about it is that it is named after my grandfather. He loved Germantown and was extremely active in the area growing from a rural farming community to a community of neighborhoods. He was instrumental in the building of the Catholic Church, Our Lady of Perpetual Help in the area. C.O. Franklin was a good man.

6 years agoGreat safe place to take your kids! We played on both playgrounds, the swings, and in the sand pit. There is a lot to do and plenty of benches for parents to sit.
