3 weeks agoI discovered this playground through Mommy Poppins LA and decided to check it out. I can confidently say it’s one of the best spots on the Westside! The wood and tree log elements create a charming, natural aesthetic that stands out. The surrounding park is adorned with beautiful statues, though unfortunately, the water features are currently turned off due to the drought.

a month agoSuch a beautiful park & absolutely beautiful area. There's a little sand box, swings, fun jungle gym & beautiful green scenery. I sat down to do some work on the picnic benches & have a little snack time , which is very nice to have! Very big park right in the heart of Beverly Hills!

3 months agoVery popular place for families to have picnic and to share valuable outdoor time with their children, and for babysitting nannies. Green and lovely! On a border of Beverly Hills. There’s a playground with swings, and a preschool. I drive by it all the time on my way to Franklin Canyon Park where I hike 5 times a week. Coldwater Canyon Park is usually pretty busy. Busier on weekends, of course. There’s also small track for runners on the other side of the street.

7 months agoSmall park with playground and preschool. Street parking. No parking lot. Two shaded picnic table areas, each with two tables. Reserved events are limited to thirty people per Beverly Hills parks and rec. Public restroom by the playground and preschool. Playground was gated. Two main play structures - for toddlers and older children. Both structures have shade coverage. Swings separate. Around the playground but within the gate were benches shaded by plants and a cover (see images). Very quaint. Was not too crowded on a Friday afternoon. As another review mentioned, I didn't notice a river area for kids water play anymore.

a year agoNice little neighborhood park with cute, friendly squirrels everywhere! When I visited, there were no other people so I had the whole park to myself, and there was some parking along the street at the edge of the park itself. I’m not giving this park 5 stars because they used to have a water fountain/river thing but it had been shut off due to water shortages…which makes it look a little run down. However, you may be lucky enough to get a food truck at the park (there was one when I was there) so your lunch might be taken care of when you visit! I imagine this would be a nice place to bring your kids, but be sure to keep a close eye on them as a busy road is right nearby!
