Cordova Family YMCA

I've been coming here ever since I was a kid. The staff is always friendly and the people that go here are too. everything is well organized and clean.

Was in town visiting my father. He works out there pretty regularly. Went with him while I was in town and had a great workout. if you leave with feeling like you didn't have a great workout, your fault. They have everything you want and need to crush a great workout. Can't wait to come back. Thanks YMCA

This location has everything you need for a great workout. There are two levels of cardio machines and free weights so there is plenty of space to get a workout in. There are also multiple areas for group classes including the Power40 room which features the Power40 class that is such a great workout! There is also a huge kids area for the little ones to play while the parents workout. I love this Y and wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

We really enjoy coming to the YMCA(Cordova )but not any more my kids were in the pool and the life guard (Rachel) came to them in a very disrespectful way with an attitude and asked them if they took the test which they said no; then she told them to leave the pool in a rude way, they left the pool crying. I definitely respect the rules but the problem here is how these rules were applied. The other employees were nice , respectful and delightful.

I love how friendly and welcoming the staff are, especially Jenny! She makes coming to the Cordova Y extra special. I also like the variety of classes available. My best friend and I usually hit up water aerobics, but sometimes I'll come on my own for Zumba and Yoga.
