Creatures Great and Small Animal Park

My fiance and I are animal lovers and visited here to have an interactive experience with animals, for my birthday. The owner who runs the tours is amazing and extremely detail oriented. She is very knowledgeable about the needs of each and every one of her animals and takes amazing care of them. She does not force her animals to participate in any experience if they are not free-willing and showing acceptance to participate in that moment. She can arrange any animal experience for any age range. This not only keeps the animal experience age appropriate but also keeps any person/ child visiting her farm safe, at the same time of ensuring the safety and well being of all her animals. My fiance and I will 100% be back and we hope that others tour her farm as well. This farm was built for people to come learn about animals and my fiance and I agree that the owner does a wonderful job of doing just this, while still allowing for lots of room for laughter and fun with the animals!

I really enjoyed my day at the zoo. The animals were very nice and I learned a lot from Janice as she had a wealth of knowledge about all of the animals.

I booked a Pony Grooming Lesson for my birthday and it was delightful!! Janice, the owner and my instructor was so nice and knowledgeable! She’s an expert with years of experience! The horses are well taken care of and beautiful! They get to live their lives in comfort on the farm. The atmosphere is so pleasant! This is a wonderful place and I highly recommend that you visit!

What a delight! I had so much fun. Janice is the sweetest, and her knowledge is really impressive. There's lot of education that comes with the tour, and I was able to ask all of my questions. We did the "Small Critter Encounter" of all 6 of the small critters currently offered, and it was a bargain at $10 each! This was my first introduction to unique exotics, and for $60, I got to pet a chinchilla, an albino CA King Snake, a hedgehog, tortoises (slightly larger than really large hands), the coolest bearded dragon, and I got to feed a skunk! The 2 alpacas were so adorable, and they have the tiniest mouths. You can hand feed the alpacas, but these ones preferred not to be touched. Many of the animals are picked up and held by the staff, and you get to touch and pet them while they are held by the staff. I personally love to sit in the pens with the animals and snuggle them. This isn't really a "petting zoo" in that traditional aspect, so you won't get to do that here; however, you do get education that goes beyond any petting zoo I've ever been to. This was a great experience!

We recently had my daughter's birthday at Creatures Great and Small Animal Park. We are so happy that we had her birthday there! Janice did a great job safely introducing a variety of animals to the toddlers, including some 1 year olds. The kids seemed to have so much fun. My 3 year old had a blast and is still talking about her "farm party." Janice was helpful and answered all of my questions throughout the planning process. I would recommend Creatures Great and Small Animal Park to anyone who is looking for a fun party for their children :)
