CW Lanes & Games

I visited CW lanes & Games with my church and had a very wonderful time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs. This location is very family friendly and would highly recommend for folks of all ages. It is first come first serve so if you plan on playing at a certain time I recommend going an hour before your desired time to reserve the lanes while you wait. The bowling alley is located in the mall and you can combine bowling with a movies package or you can go shopping before or after you bowl. Very fun can’t wait to go back!

Awesome place to go, not only to hide from the summer heat, but to also have a great experience with the family, staff are awesome group of young people, from front counter to waiter/waitress, we have gotten a large pizza, chips and dip, comes with 3 different sauces and an order of cheese quesadillas, a pitcher of soda, free refills which was a surprise although an amazing gesture, we had a free 1 hour bowling coupon from a previous time, we paid $30 for an extra hour of bowling, and all the food and drinks came out to less than 50 before tips. Kid's had a great time, it was worth every dollar, also has a sit in bar and an arcade.

As far as bowling family fun centers this place takes the cake as the worst experience that I've had in one and it's not even close !! The arcade is horrible and half the games are broken but you don't find out it's broken until youve wasted credits trying, so it's a gamble on whether or not the game will work or not. The service was terrible as it took an hour to get an appetizer sampler. We didn't even make it bowling because everything else was so bad. Go to North Bowl, it's much better than this place

We were there almost three hours and food that had been spilled in walkways was never picked up despite staff roaming aimlessly, appearing to not really be doing anything. A very overweight young lady and another curly haired male employee walk around a lot, but never appeared to actually be doing anything. When a drink was spilled in our area, the waiter tossed up some napkins and walked away. The bowling balls are so old and poorly maintained that they almost cut our fingers. The lane machinery repeated failed with lengthly delays for staff to remedy the situation.
