3 weeks agoIt's a good place to go and enjoy quality family time. The food is delicious the service is great and the games are excitingly fun, the only thing is the games say you will win so many tickets but in actuality it never gives you the amount promised.

2 months agoWe have spent decades burning through our hard-earned cash at Dave & Buster's restaurants across the country, and we've come to grips with that aspect for sake of the time together and love of the games. The environment here is largely the same as others in terms of plenty of options to keep the family or friends entertained and a consistent menu of sports bar entrees. If you don't know what you're getting into, pay close attention to the prices on the menu and games as it can rack up quite the bill quickly. If your kids are young, stick to Chuck-E-Cheese for the value. All that said, there are two things I absolutely love about the Balcones Heights location. First is that the volume level of the games and music is low enough that you can hear the people at your table without shouting at them. The second great thing is that games are spaced out far enough that you can walk around the arcade without bumping into people, even during busier times. Neither of these should be taken for granted at a Dave & Buster's.

a month agoWe played games for over an hour before we went to eat. The game area was clean & most of the games seemed to be working. However, the young man working in the redemption area was not friendly at all or just was not happy to be work that evening. Now om to the restaurant portion. Our waiter was ok at the beginning when he took our drinks order & our food order. Then we had been waiting for quite some time & finally another man came to our table with our order asking if we had seen our waiter, which we hadn't since he took our order. We got our food & finally we see our waiter. He did not ask how we were doing or even come close enough to see that most of our glasses were just about or even empty. Then we tried to get another waitresses attention & she acted if we were causing her too much stress 😩 so we asked someone to ask our waiter to get our refills. We were a party of 6. I really didn't want to leave a tip, but we did, but it was only 10%. Last time we came to this location it seemed to be about the same

11 months agoDave & Buster’s was a wonderful time we went for the Wednesday half off food and games special so it was really inexpensive and a wonderful time! If you’ve been to Dave & Buster’s before, you might want to try them again if you were disappointed because they have a new menu and a new kitchen equipment from what we hear and the food was spectacular! The service was still a bit slow, but I’m sure they’re getting used to having bigger crowds again will give them a pass on that!
