Dave & Buster's Concord

Left a sports bar in the area to come here and sit at their bar. As expected on a Saturday night, they had a big crowd. Able to snag two seats and were immediately greeted by our bartender. She was super friendly, efficient, and straight to the point. She even took the time to see if they had any sparkling wine in the back of the restaurant, which they did. I appreciated the effort. Ordered a couple of drinks and some apps and had a great time. I'm definitely coming back here just for drinks as it beats going to a super busy sparts bar with no seating. Located in Concord Mills mall with plenty of parking.

I wanted to take a moment to share our incredible experience hosting our company meeting at Dave & Buster's for the third year in a row. A special thank you to Denise, the event coordinator, who did an amazing job behind the scenes helping me plan everything to perfection. She was so organized and made sure every detail was accounted for, ensuring our event went off without a hitch. Once again, Dave & Buster's absolutely knocked it out of the park! The event space was perfect, providing the ideal environment for our meeting. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Ella, our party host, and her amazing team! Ella went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met and made us feel so well taken care of. There was a small tech issue at the beginning, but they immediately brought in someone to fix it, so it didn’t affect our event at all. After the meeting, we had the opportunity to unwind at the bar and enjoy some games, which was a great way to foster more team-building. We did encounter a minor hiccup at the end with some game cards not having credits, but the management team handled it swiftly and efficiently. Overall, I can confidently say 10/10! We’re already looking forward to next year! Thank you, Dave & Buster's, for making this event so memorable!

My family and I love a good Wednesday night at Dave and Busters because of the specials! I had no idea they also did karaoke, it was definitely a good time. Our server Alicia was covering the bar and our decent sized party, and she was amazing! Definitely recommend hanging out here on a Wednesday night.

Did any of the food here so I can't say.... Service was okay. No complaints. I didn't really need service one checking out for our points that did take a little while. Atmosphere it is what it is. It's a place to play. Play arcade games so I think it matches

First time here this past weekend. We were told 30 minute wait ended up being roughly 50 minute wait, we had to prompt the hostess since we saw her seat 2 parties that got there after us. And we never got the text that it was our turn (like we were instructed). The food was good unfortunately they were very short staffed so everything just took forever to get. Not sure If I'll return maybe on a weekday.
