a month agoService is good to great depending on your server. The taste and variety of food was excellent but some things were over priced. Signature drinks, don't bother! If there was any booze in there, I certainly couldn't taste it, so NOT worth the money. We went for trivia on Thursday for the past 2 weeks & had fun! Overall would recommend especially for trivia 😁

a month agoFirst time here for entire family! We had a booked birthday for my 12 yr old. He loved it! My 6 yr old loved it! Everyone was nice! Food was great! Atmosphere was great, even though it was a mixed crowd! Our host was great! Will be returning soon!

a month agoI honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced worse service. We called in advance just to get a better understanding of the play combos, and the gentleman who answered sounded more confused than we were. When we arrived, this same gentleman was too busy talking to his coworker to greet us (again, no apparent knowledge of the restaurant when asked or his job duties). After we were seated, it was another 20 minutes before we got our drinks (water). We waited an hour from sitting to the time we had our food. Kid serving sizes were tiny but they had a blast with the games. Our food was fine. Definitely would never come back.

2 months agoCame to Dave and Buster's for our son's 9th birthday. When we walked in, there was a spill on the floor, trash or bones under each table, but no other tables seated. No big deal, maybe they just had a rush or tables just left? We ordered, and then the waitress had to come back and forth several times because half of what we ordered wasn't available. I let them know I had a gluten allergy and ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. Food came slowly and only a couple plates at a time, again only table in the restaurant. They forgot the allergy, so I had to send my salad back, and they only put 4 thin slices of chicken on it for an extra $5+. It took almost 20 minutes for another salad, but they did put a more appropriate amount of chicken on it. The kids' food came out last. We ordered chicken strips but got nuggets, sides were forgotten, and after all the issues and mix ups, we just let the rest of it go. No compensation was offered for all the trouble and no manager stopped by our table. The food was warm. The waitress was kind and tried everything to fix what she could. Once we were done with our meal 1.5 hours later, the spill was still on the floor, trash still under tables. The restrooms were gross, and only one stall was usable in the women's restroom. At least the kids enjoyed the games. We will never eat here again. For the amount of money we spent, we expected at least cleanliness and order accuracy.
