The games are fun and there are a good amount to choose from. The food and service wasn’t great. We had to wait at least 10 min for the host to come sit us down and then another 20 min for our server to come take our order. They weren’t very busy so I’m not sure why everything took so long. This was my first time trying the food here and it was alright but nothing I would go back to get. Honestly I would recommend just going for the games and skipping the food overall.

First timers, around 1pm was a 25 min wait, no issue we got to play while we waited. Took actually 45 mins for a table for 4. We got drinks pretty fast menu had loads of options. Our waitress informed me that we couldn't do any upgrades that was offered due to I ordered the play an eat on the kiosk. Her service was very lacking. I being new I ask alot of questions usually was having a hard time getting any answers from her from menu options to refills. I snagged a passing employee Antwan he turned our trip 180°. He answered my questions and turned our service up. The food portions are amazing for the price, the games are top of the line any issues we had a worker fixed in mins. We will definitely stop back when we travel again. Highly recommend funnel cake fries.

We came in with a group of 7 kids, thinking we were going to be purchasing a lunch special. This special was discontinued, despite being told via phone that it was available. The manager, Ryan Erbe, gave us a great offer and made a stressful time much better! We ended up spending 4 hours playing games and eating lunch. We have been here many times, but never spent more than 2 hours here. He made our visit AMAZING! The kids had a great time and were exhausted. I have no words for how much we appreciated Ryan and the way he went above and beyond to make our visit so wonderful. Food was great and the service was fast! Our server was so kind and patient, serving 10 people isn't easy for one person. We really appreciate you both! The kids had fun playing games, including shuffle ball(we were given time to have our own space where the kids could play shuffle ball while waiting for our food). Thank you for a great end of summer experience!!

We went as a party of 7 on a Saturday evening. We had a blast. The food was great, as always. Our server was excellent and the food was delivered quickly. We played games for about two hours. We ended our evening in the arena. The ladies working the arena were helpful and really encouraged the kids. We had a great time and we’ll definitely be back.

We didn't get food but we did hang out in the arcade and spent some time in the arena and the arena is DEFINITELY worth the money!!!
