Dave & Buster's Los Angeles - Hollywood

It's such a great place to visit and enjoy. The staff is awesome, the manager Tye is amazing, the bar staff are so attentive and on top of their game. They provide great customer service. It's a great place to come and watch sports.

Awesome place to watch games in big screens and play games to have dun with friends and family while having meals. Salmon dish we ordered was so delicious. Mushroom stout burger was okay. Boneless chicken wing was a letdown because it was not chicken wings, it was literally chicken meat fillets and didn’t like the sauce. It took quite awhile to prepare the dishes and I almost fell asleep.

hi guys my recent experience at Dave & Buster's in Hollywood with you. It was truly an enjoyable time, and I believe you would appreciate what this establishment has to offer. The Hollywood location of Dave & Buster's is hands down the best hangout stop in town. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, making the overall atmosphere welcoming. The variety of beers they offer is impressive, and the food menus are top-notch. I highly recommend trying their steak and shrimp pasta - it's simply outstanding. What stood out to me besides the great food and drinks was the reasonable prices, especially considering the prime location in Hollywood. During my visit with my wife and daughter, we spent over 3 hours indulging in games and food, and the total bill came to around $180. In comparison to other similar establishments like Chuck E. Cheese, Dave & Buster's clearly outshines with better prizes and a more enjoyable experience. I even managed to win over 10,000 tickets, which was an added bonus. Both my wife and child had a fantastic time, and we are already planning our next visit on my next day off. I can't wait to go back and have another great experience at Dave & Buster's. I highly recommend checking out this location when you have the chance. I'm confident you'll have a wonderful time just as we did.

Was just here about an hour ago. Checked out the place and thought it was not crowded so might as well chill here a little since we just got out of the ballet and the parking will be jammed full of cars exiting. Lady with the perm at the front desk was having a bad day or something. All I asked is if they validate for parking. She said "No. Validation is for paying customers only". And then turned her back. Dang...Merry Christmas ma'am. After that, I left. Forget getting drinks and playing some video games here. I've been a hostess at a restaurant before. If a customer asked I would say, " yes, of course. Please make any purchase and then we can get that validated for you." It's like you're the hostess. Offer customer service and help the customer out. Welcome them in. Dave & Busters need to put her in the back of the store cleaning, or doing kitchen work or something so she doesn't have to deal with customers. Makes me wonder how many customers she made feel unwelcome and left.... for that I rather pay the full price of parking and more than take that negative energy.

Food has been served cold as heck! Beer was flat, and the manager said he served it himself but was flat anyways... I recommend going to some other Dave's for food.
