In response to the “owner’s” challenge below. There are a few factors that can make this a five star facility. 1. The entranceway and hallways are not clean. Cobwebs and dust. That bothered me. However the bathroom was being cleaned when I got there so that was good. Clean those areas. 2. Staff was super nice. We didn’t order food or drink so the $10 we got “back” for parking was valueless. That was annoying because had the sign stated the $10 was for food or drink we would have parked on the street as street parking was available. $30 is a lot for parking at a place we’re going to go spend more money. $20 would have been less annoying. 3. I’m not a games/this style restaurant or bar type person. My wife and kids love the games and generally had a good time. My kids thought the area for games was well kept and my wife enjoyed the prizes. However she was not as happy with the prizes available on the Star Trek slot game. I know I’m getting specific but, you asked! I don’t think the issues I’m highlighting are difficult to address. 1. Clean the halls/staircase like you clean the bathroom. 2. Give a $10 full credit to anything in the location for parking in your lot. 3. Add some cards to that Star Trek game while keeping everything else status quo. Again, front line staff was very nice. Thanks for asking! YMK

Most of the games were working , clean floors and tables but the food service was not good ... our server seemed high and took forever . Our son got his food way before us and was almost finished eating by the time we received our plates ! The food was OK, nothing special but it wasn't bad. Nice variety of games to keep everyone occupied . Good prizes to choose from ...

Good ol' revisit. Parking $30 includes $10 credit. Bar section for adults only. Bring your ID. Didn't have coffee. But dessert large portion, sumptuous. Serves Icee!

Pittsburgh is much better! Our waitress had super long nails and an attitude. We ate first to do a combo (food and play card) and she didn't ring it right and said we didn't announce it at time of ordering. She then proceeded to go to the greeter area to complain.. mind you we ordered 4 entrees, alcohol, and icees.. and were sitting within a few feet of greeter station to hear her rant about us!? Then she returned to say it was after 5 and the deal was over... we were here since 445.. sat 30 minutes waiting for check another 20 minutes to talk to a manager.. who was helpful but still never again. I quickly found this about the long nails .. something should be done to protect guests.

There was a roach in my food. They were pretty cool about it, but someone cooked it and put it on a plate. My cup was dirty. The wait was forever, and there was barely anyone there. Mainly the BBQ’d roach was the problem. My meal went uncharged, but that was an issue. Played games after. Place needs a face lift. Sticky games and floors. A lot of patches in the floors. Everyone talked to me nicely, but that place looks nothing like what I’m used to seeing with Dave & Buster’s. Oh, and there was a roach in my food. Update: I was asked to contact D&B. The website was having errors. The number gave me an opportunity to leave a message. No one followed up with me, though. Update: April 2025 - The number was to contact them. I did. No follow-up. I still suggest staying away, I go to round one instead, unless I’m in New Jersey.
