Dave & Buster's Westlake - Cleveland

Dave & Busters will always have some sort of nostalgia from my childhood of coming on Wednesdays and getting half priced games and playing for hours. The chicken tenders here are the bees knees, the drinks were strong and the games are definitely fun. The price for credits wasn’t nearly as bad as I was anticipating, I spent about $100 in credits and played for a good 3 hours. The prizes of course are junk, luckily my dog loves stuffed animals. The dining room does get very busy, if you can snag yourself a seat at the bar they will serve food there as well.

First time at a Dave and Busters, I drove 45 minutes for a big disappointment. The people at the front desk said games cost 6-12 credits. With how expensive credits were it made sense to buy a season pass even for a one time visit. The people at the front desk sent me to the power up station. The power up station took $75 from me and didn't give me a card. I went through my email and had to download an app. I asked the lady at the closest kiosk and she had no idea what to do and sent me back to the front desk. The lady at the front desk said I just have to wait for an email to come in order to play games. It's now been 45 minutes and I have nothing. We sat down to get food. They're out of Coke, fried prickles, pretzels, I took my daughter to the bathroom and the bathrooms are gross. We decided to get our money back for the pass. They said I can only call corporate for a refund which they're only open Monday through Friday. I spoke with a visiting manager Brian who was great but wasn't able to refund me either. Edit: I got an email that my transaction was voided. THANKS BRIAN!

Absolutely amazing!! I haven’t been here since I was a kid. My fiancé brought me here for my birthday and we had so much fun. Food was delicious! We sat at the bar & our waitress Marissa, (Maybe Marisa)? was wonderful. So sweet & very tentative to use and all of her other guests really. Love her. We will definitely be back!!

I was not satisfied with my last experience there. First off it took 20 mins to even find someone to Seat Us, it was not crowded but so incredibly loud do to the music being louder than it should have been I couldn't even hear the person across from me talking. Next I ordered a drink "The Perfect Pink Patron Rita" I got the wrong drink, ended up liking the wrong drink out of everything I ordered that night "Backwoods Blueberry Lemonade". My meal came out before my appetizers did, but here's the greatest part My food gets the table I took a bite of my green beans and I had to spit it out they had so much salt on there it was uneatable. So then I took a bite of my mashed potatoes and they were still frozen or just really under cooked. Then I took a bite of my steak, which I asked to be medium BTW 😔 it was way over cooked and over seasoned. My date and I spent $130.00 on dinner and another $40 on a game card. I was not happy with the service, the atmosphere, the food and general cleanliness very disappointed. Not only am I disappointed in that, just trying to find someone to help was impossible. To summarize this place has gone down Hill I've been going here for years and I've never been as disappointed as I was going there. I wish I could get a refund for how horrible the food was that night.

It's awesome and a lot of fun except for the promotion of pay and play is pretty whack they want you to eat and then play it's like well what if I want to play in and eat? I'll just pay the regular amount but because I was kind of turned off about the whole pan play trying to force you to eat first I just dropped a hundred bucks and then went and eat somewhere else. But all in all Dave & Buster's is fun the people that work there are pretty nice. Their promotions just nonsense.
