3 weeks agoA serene 22-acre woodland in Druid Hills, Deepdene Park offers winding trails, a bubbling creek, and old-growth forest. Perfect for nature walks and photography, it's a peaceful escape within the city. A true hidden gem.

a year agoWe pulled it right up on the gps pretty easy to find. The parking is not clear we ended up just parking near some other cars we saw lined up near some houses on a side street and we were ok for about our 20 minute walk. The walk was gorgeous lots of beautiful trees my dogs had a blast and it was actually a pretty good work out. There’s some steps and uneven terrain so it may be hard for a person with a stroller or young children to navigate but my dogs loved it!!! The trail featured lots of challenging level changing my legs were burning after only about a half a mile. We will definitely be going back. If you’re looking for a fun beautiful walk with your bestfriend this is a great place to go.

3 weeks agoClose to nature walk in the city. My kids learned to ride their bikes at Deepdene park, it's safe and a little private . It's just a bit noisy on the side close to the road but all in all it is a great place for a family picnic and some close to nature fun experience.

2 months agoGorgeous little park on the east side of the city. Good amount of trails and scenery. One downside is the noise from Ponce De Leon Avenue though I visited in winter so perhaps it's more tolerable in summer

4 years agoIt's a great area in the middle of the neighborhood. A little small but for my three year old it was perfect!! So peaceful not busy and really made you feel like you weren't anywhere near the city. We didn't find any specific area to park besides in the neighborhood across the street from houses. But it worked
