Deer Run Camps & Retreats

Excellence is how they do everything. We have been involved at Deer Run for years. My kids have been campers, volunteers , on staff and my husband is a board member. My daughter is a staffer again this year and loving every minute of it! John is a strong camp director for the campers and leader for the staff. The support staff are working endless hours to run camp smoothly. I have loved being at camp this summer volunteering watching the campers run joyfully through camp. Thank you to everyone who has made the summer camp an amazing experience for so many. Our family is grateful for each of you.

Hello everyone, We have been privileged to be a part of Camp Deer Run since 2021, and we are so grateful for the experience our children have had there!!! This place is filled with Love, Truth and Spirit. The staff and the owners serve the Lord in the most genuine and authentic way. They are all spiritual leaders to the campers! They care about children and they show it in action. Both of our daughters have been in day camp, overnight camp and been baptized in the lake. Our youngest is joining her sisters this year. We also had an incredible opportunity to volunteer in the camp in different capacities and we feel blessed to be a part of our community. Camp Deer Run is run by humble, God loving and hard working people who stand for the Biblical values that have been blurred and forgotten. They teach God's Word and application in life. Our children always feel safe, loved and nurtured. We have grown spiritually together as a family in that place! We made lifelong friends through Deer Run. We pray that the camp expands each year and offers more availability to enrich our children's experiences and memories!!! Thank you Deer Run for your dedication and love!!!!!

We have been sending our kids to Deer Run for 7 years now and my girls will be there again in a few weeks! Not only have my girls had a blast every year, they have drawn closer to God. Last year my youngest got baptized after camp and it was such a special moment that we will treasure forever. I feel so comfortable sending my kids there, knowing the staff is well-vetted and their focus is on kids and loving Jesus!

Deer Run is a great place to come and connect with others and with Christ. I went to a marriage retreat there recently and my wife and I were able to enjoy some quality time with each other and fellowship with other married couples. Although we had a lot of fun, we also spent time rekindling our relationship with God as well. I would highly recommend Deer Run Camps and retreats!
