We had an excellent time!!! I booked the Mega Party Package and it was absolutely amazing. The kids had a great time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Corrine!! She was super nice, helpful, welcoming, friendly and passionate about her job. She checked on us throughout the entire time we were there. Corrine also set up our entire party room with our decorations. She truly made a super chaotic day become smooth and easy.

The managers and staff are AMAZING!! We recently took 3 large groups of students to this location for a field trip. Each day the staff was very patient and helpful with getting all of the students checked in. They were able to manage the front desk and the concession area without any issue. The students had a great time and they especially enjoyed dodge ball and tug of war. Many of the students have already requested a return trip. Thank you for everything you did to make these trips memorable and fun for our students!

Do not jump at defy gravity or get a membership. They don't let you know up front about membership details they just say it's on the website. The basic membership is only until 1pm on Saturday and anytime supposing there is no special events.(Another tricky way to get out of letting you jump.) Members can not jump until after 5pm. What are you paying for if you can not jump on the weekends when most people are off work. Good luck with this place. It is a scam and misleading. Canceling membership is terrible. They can sign you up at the front desk but they can't cancel. Gold figures. I am over it.

The staff is a great group of people. I mean, they really, really help you. But the company itself is not good. They don't care about your own personal credit or the way they do business. I hate to say it about the staff. The staff was excellent. The people really, really help. Ed they did a great job. But the company's policies of taking money from your account is not good. You can't cancel, that's the only bad thing. Once you give them the credit card information, there will never stop taking money from your account.Please be aware they will steal from you

One of the best jumpy places I've been too. The kids had a blast and it wasn't too crowded either. Lots of different choices of activities to choose from and they had a good snack/food/slushie selection. Definitely coming back
