DEFY Cincinnati

It isn't the most exciting place to go for kids I've definitely seen better, however for half the price of most places it's great as a last minute idea to tire your kiddos out.

Went to this location to see if I might want to throw my kids birthday here. The staff was very friendly and there was plenty of activities for the kids. We enjoyed our time and I am definitely considering a party here now after the great time we had today. It was really easy to book online and the socks for jumping are a good price. We had one issue with a locker rental and staff promptly resolved the problem.

Just had my son‘s party there today and ran across no issues at all. The light skin guy with the haircut was our party host and he was beyond wonderful. This definitely was our best party and I’m glad I picked this place and I’m glad that we had the host that we had because it made it a great day.

Great place for kids to go and feel free and safe. I will recommend this place to any family. It’s a great investment. I do say their food is good, just need a little more selection. More finger food for the kids, beside pizza!!

I had my grandson birthday here yesterday and when I say Ms.Nita and Ms. De’Airah was the best. Communication under pressure was excellent. They were completely professional!!!! It was a pack place and they remained calm and respectful. Keep up the good work and we will be back. Thank you again guys!
