2 months agoThis is an easy, short, paved trail. I only stopped at this trail because I just had a few minutes to kill. I wish I had more time. All types of desert flora are present and I saw mor lizards here than on the longer trails. This is a stop to get good photos. Several benches around the walk so good for young or old.

a month agoNice easy and accessible loop in an already beautiful park. Flat path making it easy for mobility aides and strollers. Great place to watch the sunset, but remember that the park closes at dusk!!

a month agoWe visited today with our dog.It is getting too hot for her to do the 2 miles unless we head out early, so a slow half mile on paved path with cool down stops at three shaded benches was the compromise. A couple ladies thought the path was too hot for our dogs paws, but having checked it before walking, we knew it was not. One person said we should go barefoot with our dog. I don't go barefoot much, but this path was maintained well so I took my shoes off and walked the rest of the path barefoot. The path was warm not hot for my tender feet and felt great! Thanks ladies for your suggestion! The only problem my tender feet experienced was those tiny pebbles that manage to get into my shoes. They bother my feet where ever I step on them.
