4 weeks agoThe front desk reception was extremely bad. I'm definitely not going to hold a birthday party here. It was so irritating and depressing. The birthday is supposed to be a happy occasion, but the receptionist's officious and arrogant attitude is truly detestable.

a year agoWe've taken classes here too (and that was great, yay!), but this is strictly a review for throwing a BIRTHDAY PARTY at the venue. For me, it was perfect. It was more structured than I've seen elsewhere, and they kicked the parents out, (huge window to watch everything, just better to get parent energy out of the room, from what I understood), and that was absolutely fine with us. Honestly, I don't know what Miss Trish's official position is, but I know she's in charge. I forgot that I wasn't just a guest several times. For the price (based on kids), the kids get an hour of (instructor led) gym time, half hour for cake, etc. They have table cloths in colors to match your theme, white paper plates and plastic flatware if you don't want to bring your own, bottles of water and capri sun/juice pouches for the kids, a T-shirt for the birthday kid and pens so everyone can add something to the shirt, gift bags for the kids. Not to mention how many times I bothered Miss Trish the week leading up to it; she handled me and everything with such grace. Very happy with the experience 💗

8 months agoI love Desert Gymcats. More importantly, my 9 year old daughter Maddie loves it. She's been going there for about a year and a half and progressed through the different levels of various classes. She just has a blast with them. She's learned so much and loves the coaches there too. I would recommend to anyone with a child that is interested in gymnastics.
