a week agoI myself Jasdeep showed up at dicks sporting goods, I saw A particular shirt that I wanted, found it on the clearance section, price was around $12 dollars some cents it had a red tag on. The lady in the front said we usually don’t have those tags on that shirt, but I will honor as this time. Called the manager over said if she can do you like an override code or something?, the Manager looked at me suspiciously said someone must put a tag on it. I will not honor this, I found that unprofessional and rude l, when the tag was on it. I felt like I was targeted , I been a dick sporting customer for many years probably a little bit over 10 years. If it was that serious, they could use my points too. I’m pretty sure I got so many points as well. I will never go to the store on 7572 blackstone ave, ca 93720 customer service was not degraded either. I wouldn’t find to pay the full price which was $25.00 but it was the principal, however, I got shut down. I was I can give this a zero star but I have to give one to submit.

4 weeks agoBrock was amazing!!! Very attentive. Asked him multiple times to get us different shoes and sizes, he did it happily with a smile! Now when we come we will always ask for him! Thank you Brock for being so amazing and fun to work with.

2 months agoI went in on Friday to order 17 pairs of Baseball cleats for my sons high school team. I had a great experience, staff was amazing, helpful and very patience with me. It took a village to get the ordered together and to be able to apply the best discounts. Dakota, Jason, Joel and Makayla were all very helpful and kind. I will definitely come back to order the rest of their baseball gear. Keep up the great customer service guys :) Thank you Joel for the discount, myself and the Roosevelt Varsity Team appreciates you guys :)

a month agoI have been a loyal customer of Dick’s Sporting Goods for years, but my recent visit left me deeply disappointed. I went in looking for assistance in finding a larger size of an item, and the response I received was both dismissive and discriminatory. When I asked a Caucasian employee for help, he reacted as if I were an inconvenience, his demeanor and curt reply made it clear he was uncomfortable assisting me as a Black woman. When I mentioned my concern, he refused to look in the back for a larger size and told me that nothing else was available, directing me instead to shop online. Later, I observed him assisting a Caucasian customer with patience and courtesy. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also indicative of deeper issues within employee training and customer service standards. I strongly urge management to address these issues with their staff. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, and it is essential that your team receives the proper training to ensure an inclusive and welcoming shopping environment. I hope that Dick’s Sporting Goods takes this incident seriously and implements the necessary changes so that no customer ever feels undervalued or discriminated against again.

a month agoCame here today for the golf fitting room. My commute is almost an hour, so I called asking questions about utilizing the service before leaving home. When I got here, the employees said the guy running the room was in a meeting. I was told I would get an eta, but didnt so I needed to go back to ask. A third person asked me out of the room while swining a demo club while patiently waiting. He said the meeting should be over in about 5 minutes, so I waited in the check out line to get a fishing license. I was told the computer was down... after another 15-20 minutes of waiting and no further acknowledgement from the team, I walked out. I'd prefer to give my money to a more helpful location.
