Great customer floor service. I'll share my experience. There was, Drew, the floor manager, went above and beyond to locate a limited edition Stanley that wasn't on shelfs and still in boxes that I saw online and wanted to purchase. Drew went thru 2 pallets searching for this one cup, and we made small talk the entire 10 minutes. Great guy. I damage the cup first 24 hours, return to Dick's, and explain what happened to Julia D. who is also a Floor Manager. She totally understood and offered an exchange. Thank you to all the staff at Dick's, I'm going back for fishing 🎣 gear next.

I was calling the store to ask if they do offer military discount before I drive an hour to the store. The associates literally picked up the phone just to hang up! Quit if you don’t want to do your job!

Purchased a bike from this store. Got a great price and staff was friendly. Only problem was that bike tire was put on backward. Screws were not tightened, and the handle bars and brakes were not aligned correctly. Took it to another Dicks store that fixed all their issues in 20 minutes.

Went in today to get shoes for my wife. I went to the tablet and picked the shoe and went through the process to get it brought out. Got confirmation and everything. Waited almost 40 minutes and no one called my name. They didn't even call to say they didn't have it in stock. No one even acknowledged me and they saw me sitting there for a while.

Huge store first of all. But with that comes an amazing selection beyond most people's needs. Clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful.
