DISCOVERY ZONE

We have been here a couple of times and never had any issues. When we came today and let out kids play, we left and brought back food and as were entered we were told we cant have food! We have always done this but we were told in 2024 there is a no food policy due to cleaning? I don’t understand. You sweep the area regardless so what is the difference between having food and drinks? Drinks spill! I think if this is a new policy why wasnt this brought to our attention when checking in. We had to gather up the kids to go eat outside on the floor. Unfortunately we wont be going back. It’s an inconvenience when you want to eat while the kids play. And the kids usually are hard to get to sit and eat, they will just come and go. I think they need to change the policy back or they may lose alot of people. I noticed it wasnt as crowded as it usually is and maybe that is why!

The toddler area is pretty weak. There’s not much to do or equipment to play on and it seems silly to charge a fee to toddler parents. It was only $9 for my family but even that seems like too much money for what was provided. I would not recommend this place to any parents that have any kids in diapers

We’ve never had a problem before and the staff were great. However I picked a live bed bug off my daughter and we left. Told the staff and all of the people there. Just check your clothes and shoes before you leave/get home. The staff seemed to call someone but did not say anything to us or offer to give us our money back (we had just got there).

Great for kids of all ages. Even better on the wallet! All day, kids play pass for only $14! The staff is kind and helpful.

The play itself was fine. Kept my kids occupied a couple hours. You can bring food in and buy food there. My issue with it is that it is not at all inclusive when it comes to differences in potty training abilities. A two year old who is in underwear can play but a 4 year old in pull ups cannot. They are not flexible at all with this. They say it’s to avoid accidents but my kid is much more likely to get pee somewhere in underwear vs a pull up. I probably won’t be back solely based on this rule.
