Been to Disneyland a few times before, but this was my first time going during the wintertime with all the Christmas decorations. I’d definitely recommend looking into the schedule for parades and restaurants for limited seasonal options. The Disneyland app will also be your best friend for using the lightning lane pass, ordering food, and checking estimated times for rides. The one recommendation I would say is definitely get the lightning lane pass if the rides you’re interested in are on the list for it. You are able to reserve a spot every 2 hours. It seems to decrease throughout the day, as it was 1 hour at one point. But some rides will not accept the pass if it’s later in the evening, so be mindful of that. I was able to go on all the rides. My favorite was the Star Wars Rise of the Resistance and Space Mountain. There were many different food options as you spend the day there. I tried galactic grill, plaza inn, alien pizza planet, etc. Highly recommended to order from the app to avoid the waiting line to order. My favorite meal was from Plaza Inn for the combo. Of course if you’re a big fan of fireworks, stick around at around 9-9:30pm for the show. I stayed for the beginning, but left mid-way to avoid the crowd of people leaving.

If you’re reading reviews about Disneyland and considering going, just buy the tickets already! It’s Disneyland, for crying out loud! All the negative reviews are from people who just don’t know how to have a good time. For me, Disney is my ultimate safe space. I’ve celebrated almost every birthday there, including my Sweet 16, and every trip has been magical. The food? Absolutely incredible. I’ve tried so many delicious treats, Every bite was amazing! And the rides? I love every single one. Disneyland is truly a place that everyone needs to experience at least once in their life. Stop hesitating and go make some memories!

No matter how many times me and my family visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, the magic never fades! From the moment you step onto Main Street, U.S.A., you’re transported into a world of nostalgia, adventure, and pure joy. Whether it’s riding Space Mountain, watching the breathtaking Fantasmic! show, or taking in the sights of Galaxy’s Edge, every visit feels like a new adventure. California Adventure is just as incredible, with Radiator Springs Racers being an absolute must-ride and Avengers Campus bringing Marvel magic to life in the most epic way. The food, the parades, the fireworks—everything is top-notch and creates unforgettable memories. Yes, the lineups can be long (because, well, it’s Disneyland), but once you’re on the rides, it’s all worth it. If you plan right—using Genie+ or rope-dropping—you can make the most of your day. After more than five visits, I can confidently say: Disneyland truly is the Happiest Place on Earth! ✨🎢🏰 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars!

Disneyland Anaheim was an amazing experience for our family! We split our trip into two days—one for Disneyland Park and the other for Adventure Park—and the kids were absolutely thrilled. The Disneyland mobile app and maps were essential for tracking waiting times and planning rides smartly. It’s important to choose rides wisely to avoid long waits, as some attractions are less crowded later in the day. I highly recommend staying at a hotel with a shuttle service; it saves a lot of time and makes the experience more convenient. We took a midday break to return to the hotel for a nap and came back at sunset feeling refreshed. We didn’t need separate lighting tickets since the app helped us manage our time efficiently and enjoy more games. Additional Tips: • Arrive Early: Getting to the parks as soon as they open lets you enjoy some of the most popular rides with shorter lines. • Pack Essentials: Bring water bottles, snacks, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes to make the day smoother. • Plan Meals: Dining options can get busy during peak hours, so consider eating early or later to avoid crowds. • Keep a Backup Battery: The app is crucial for managing your day, so ensure your phone stays charged with a portable charger. • Evening Parades and Fireworks: If you want a good view, arrive at least 30–45 minutes early to claim your spot. With a bit of planning and flexibility, your Disneyland trip can be truly magical!

Did I have a great experience? Yes I did. There lot of rides but if you are a person who is looking for huge drops and thrilling you would opt out for adventure park instead. It is the best amusement park I have gone just yet but I expected more to deserve the hype. Some of the rides are old. Best rides : Star Wars , Space mountain , Indiana Jones. Download the Disney park app for easy navigation and updates on waiting times.
