DoubleTap KC

We came into town for the Big 12 basketball tournament and stopped here for something to do with the kids. And it did not disappoint! So much fun! The boys played the VR games (and there are a ton of options). Staff was VERY nice and helped to educate along the way. Please stop and support local businesses like this. Wonderful people! Food, bar and games!

Virtual reality, scrumptious wings, stacked burgers, amazing cocktails, & arcade games are just some of the items that can be found at Double Tap in KC. This is a great spot to go with a group of friends or on a date. We had an absolute blast slaying zombies with the virtual gaming gear on! I would recommend ordering the cheeseburger egg rolls, the cheese curds, the jalapeno macaroni & cheese bites, the lemon pepper wings, the BYOBurger & more! Don't forget to try your states' drink! There are 50 different shots that represent different states...how fun!? Check out Double Tap in KC asap!

Enjoyed VR gaming with family and everyone had a blast. Only scheduled one hour so we finished up right as everyone was starting to get the hang of it. Will book longer next time! They were also super accommodating when we had to reschedule our original booking.

What a fun time! Such a great atmosphere. Tons of games for the VR lanes, arcade was fun, food was on point and the bartender is top notch! Ask for Jo at the front for the best game ringmaster. Want to cut loose and laugh this is the place.

We came in right as they opened yesterday and played VR escape room for my daughter’s birthday. We were a couple minutes early before opening, but they welcomed us right in. We were educated about the games from the super friendly host. We were offered drinks and food from the efficient server/bartender, and given a great tutorial by the helpful and patient employee who manages the experience. All three men made our group of three feel so welcome and valued. We laughed and played, celebrating my daughter’s special day and they helped make it a wonderful and memorable experience. I’m so glad we chose to come here. They also have a small dedicated private parking lot which is so nice downtown. We also miraculously made it out with minutes to spare! It was such a fun time, we will be back!
