a week agoI wouldn't have gone here, if it wasn't for visiting family in Colorado and the granddaughter wanting to see the aquarium fish. We really enjoyed the big tanks that surrounded us everywhere. The best was the string ray pool interaction!

a week agoBest aquarium ever! I live walking distance to the Monterey Bay aquarium, so I think I know something about large aquariums and visitor experience. This place is more enjoyable and a much better value for the average visitor. Obviously very different philosophies at the two institutions, but as far as visitor experience goes, this is the winner! Wonderful breadth of displays from mountain streams and lakes to worldwide ocean & ecology. The jungle exhibit that included tigers was unexpected and fabulous. On the way out, we had the treat of a serendipitous small group visit with a trained porcupine!

3 months agoWent with the family while visiting. Had a great time! My nephew knew I love marine animals and wanted his little one to see them. It was so fun seeing the excitement on the kids faces in the shark tanks! We feed the rays and you should try it, it was such a crazy feeling! I felt the Tigers looking right at me that came into some amazing photos! Had a great family morning!

3 weeks agoWe loved the Denver Aquarium! We used a city pass for our tickets and spent a couple of days enjoying the exhibits. The variety of fish and animals was impressive. We learned a lot and had a great time watching and interacting. There was one stingray in particular that won our hearts! It kept coming back for affection and would stay with us for longer periods of time. I had fun playing with one of the otters too! We would definitely go back!

a month agoI recently visited the aquarium in downtown Denver, and it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight for me was the floor-to-ceiling glass tanks that allowed for incredible views of the marine life. Watching the stingrays glide gracefully through the water was mesmerizing. They have such a unique way of moving, and being able to see them up close was truly special. One of the most exciting parts of the visit was the opportunity to feed the stingrays. It was such a fun and interactive experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making sure everyone felt comfortable while feeding these gentle creatures. Additionally, I got to pet jellyfish, which was an interesting and rare experience. Overall, the aquarium is a fantastic place for both families and individuals looking to learn more about marine life. The combination of stunning visuals, interactive experiences, and educational opportunities makes it a must-visit destination in Denver. I can't wait to go back!
