My family and I drove in from the northside to check out this place. We would hear stories that people were winning a ton of plushies with just 5$ spent. Well it is just that stories. I bought 40$ worth of coins to try and win plushies. I never seen claw machines open up their claws on mid carrying a plushie prior to going to the exit. This is happened on multiple accounts to the point it felt it was programmed to do that. After all coins were done, we decided on the list to never come back.

The space is fun and inviting. However, the games are not user-friendly. Literally picked up an item, and it fell every time it began to move towards the drop slot. Other families there were having the same problems. I understand it's a business, and this is how they make money, but when you pick up an item 4times in a row and it drops before, you can win ot all 4 times. That's not fun. My 10-year-old left feeling discouraged after spending $15. For a game that is "rigged "
