Edge Athletic Company

We really love Edge Soccer, my daughter Emma is very happy to participate in her training sessions. We've seen her amazing progress as a player over the past 3 years she's been in the program. Our favorite thing about the program is by far the coaches and how dedicated they are to helping each player. It is very evident that they love the game and love to teach as well.

We LOVE the Edge! Whether it's the 10-month training program, track-out camp, or a birthday party, my daughters look forward to going to the Edge and interacting with the coaches and staff. They have fun while learning new skills - for both soccer and life - in large part because the technical skills of the coaching staff are equaled by their patience, creativity, and teaching ability. From a parent's perspective, I appreciate that the staff are responsive, the environment is focused but fun, and the fees are reasonable. I'd highly recommend!

My son has been going to Edge for day camps and summer camp for about a year now and just loves it! Mark, Karen and all of the staff make it a point to develop personal relationships with the kids. They create a lighthearted environment, while encouraging the kids to develop their skills, sportsmanship and character, which I see as a sign that they truly enjoy what they do. I just can't say enough great stuff about Edge!

I cannot say enough great things about this program. I am so glad we joined! 1. Communication: I cannot stress how wonderful they are at communicating with us. No matter what the question/concern is (schedule change, week off, parent question, etc) they always respond to us via email, phone or even in person, immediately. They are always ready and happy to help us solve any issue that comes our way. 2. Reliability: The children come to trust & rely on their coaches and they've created a really special bond. The children in our training session start to cheer as soon as their coaches step on the field for training. 3. Attitude: This sort of ties into everything I have already said but no matter what staff member we are dealing with, we have never been met with anything but kindness. We've had to call the office to talk about multiple things and they have always been super friendly and helpful. Coach Mark is always available when we have any questions at all, and he is always there for support. Lastly, Coach Brian along with all the other coaches, who instruct our weekly class, are amazing. The children enjoy their training so much, learning and laughing through the entire session. The Edge Soccer Program is a wonderful program and a great compliment to the game of soccer and their outdoor club training.

I have played soccer my entire life and have been around some of the best coaches and training facilities in North Carolina. The Edge tops anything I have previously seen! The coaches at Edge are the new and improved minds of coaching in youth soccer, they are knowledgeable and were great players in their own right. I believe that they are better coaches than they were players, which is saying a lot! If you have kids, they need to be playing for Edge soccer programs! They bring enthusiasm, creativity, and positivity to their practices which can't be found anywhere else. The best part about Edge, in my opinion, is that they actually care about the kids they coach and want them to succeed on the soccer field as well as in life. They are simply the best!
