This is a very nice indoor rock climbing center. Peak period can be quite crowded, but everyone has been very accommodating and friendly in taking turns and giving way to others. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy the setting here, it's my favorite out of all the gyms in the greater Seattle area. I especially like the setting by Kyle, Joel, and James to name a few, though the whole team does a great job. My interactions with the staff have always been positive, and they are very receptive to feedback. I personally feel that the gym has a great community and have found the climbers here to be quite supportive and welcoming. The facility itself has everything that I could ask for to accommodate my climbing/training needs.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. This gym started out great. Setting was awesome, in a more outdoor style, which I appreciated. Routes were also updated pretty regularly. Front desk staff were also nice. Since the bel-red opening, it's gone downhill. Staff aren't trained, some are actually rude. My friend wanted to grab me for a guest pass but was told they HAD to buy a day pass in order to go get me. When I came down and complained they said that wasn't even a policy. Speaking of guest passes, the new guest pass system is super greedy and pushes away groups climbing with friends who may not have a membership. Part of my membership is having a guest pass to use.. that person shouldn't have to wait 30 calendar days to use another guest pass. It adds a lot of planning, and most of the time I end up just going to another gym so that I don't have to deal with it. The last thing that's gone downhill is the setting. The setting is just OK now, as someone else mentioned, lots of jug ladders from v0-v2 which used to not be the case. The route setting frequency also dropped considerably. It's 02/06/25 and there is still an entire section up from late November right now. Having an entire section not get updated for over 2 months is insane. It's been frustrating seeing the quality of the gym go downhill, benefits get taken away, and having to deal with stale routes, while prices increase.

Great place to workout, dump energy, or hang out with family and friends and climb. They have everything you need - walls, caulk, shoes, workout area, and water. What could be better? A group of other people climbing and getting excited about climbing. The energy here is unreal. The people here are fantastic about climbing. Get outta that cubicle, get away from gaming, get off that trail, and come and climb. Edgeworks is awesome and the environment is epic.

I began my bouldering adventure recently. Edgeworks was the second climbing gym I've ever visited. While I'd argue that the routes here are a bit more intermediate and advanced in difficulty, I've had a fantastic experience. Staff have been welcoming and help with all questions I have. I took the introduction to climbing course and was impressed by the quality of the instruction. The cleanliness and atmosphere here is notable. Having a mixture of rope climbing and bouldering means there's plenty of room for growth and varied experiences. I also appreciate that there's a comprehensive weightlifting gym inside with a bench, squat rack, and dumbbells up to 100 lbs each. Given this location is local for me I'll definitely be coming back many times.
