a week agoCame in with my kids this evening and they were super busy we ordered nachos and pizza but there were no tables to sit and eat at. The staff was so sweet and accommodating to hey set us up our own personal table for me and my 5 kids to enjoy their delicious food. Grateful and impressed I highly recommend

3 months agoElevate Trampoline Park is fun and great for kids. It's a good space for high energy, independent, imaginative play. Clean bathrooms and jump space. Plenty of staff members, many very young, which has both benefits and pitfalls. Overall good energy and effort from staff. Birthday parties are well organized and designed to make the birthday kid feel special. Announcing birthday kid's name for everyone to celebrate is very exciting. There is not enough space in the birthday room for parents to sit. We will be back with our two toddlers.

10 months ago‼️ ⚠️ ⛔️ DANGER ‼️ ⚠️ ⛔️ Please be careful with your children here. Unmanaged staff and hazardous materials!! ‼️ ⚠️ ⛔️ We took our three children here today (we have a monthly subscription) the children started off getting hurt on an exposed area of the trampoline that you jump off into a foam pit. The metal bars were exposed and easily jumped directly onto. After informing the young staff the issue was not resolved and left the dangerous environment open for all others. Another issue I had was after I noticed a strong smell of paint fumes, this turned out to be dozens of opened and new cans of spray paint. This paint was left opened and unsupervised by staff and in clear easy reach of all minor children , no barriers or ways to keep these cans away from children. . These issues are completely unacceptable and have been reported to the city.

2 months agoWe love coming to Elevate! It’s so nice since they redid it. Toddler time is my kids favorite and it’s not very busy at that time.

3 months agoThis was our first time going since they re did the place. Memberships have gone up. And then I'm told you don't get 50% off on Fridays when you have a membership. You have to pay for the actual pass for that day. We always got 50% off on our memberships on Fridays. So you are telling me we pay all that money a month and we don't even get the 50% discount on Fridays. That's insane. And I use to get a whole basket full of fries! For $3.50 I got a handful of burnt fries. The pic below is what I got. That's insane. If I knew it was going to be like this now that it's "upgraded" I would have never gotten the membership again. Now I'm stuck in a 3 month membership. Definitely use to be better and a place we enjoyed going to a lot but now it just doesn't feel worth my money. Before was way better.
