Ely's Play House

Don’t know how this place has such high ratings. It’s really unfortunate how dirty and outdated it is, because it has a lot of potential. There’s ample space, loads of stuff to climb on for all ages, push bikes and ramps, and smaller toys to manipulate such as lawn mowers and play kitchen items. My issue is with the cleanliness, or lack there of. I’m not exaggerating. I could feel a film building up on my hands after playing for a while and I washed my own and my son’s hands twice during the hour we were there. Most toys had dust buildup or were falling apart. I’ll attach pictures of just a couple things I came across. The staff was also unprofessional, loudly carrying on personal conversations and without a care that a customer is in earshot. One staff member was literally just standing around talking while the other at least kept a little busy. With how dirty the place was, someone should definitely be wiping down surfaces and checking what toys need replacing. That should just be basic practice. I wish we could return because my son enjoyed the toys and climbing equipment, but I simply cannot stomach how unclean the whole place was. Gross.

It was amazing the decorations were perfect. The play Arias was absolutely perfect. Was clean and safe. All the guests were happy the kids had an amazing time. 1 suggestion work have the workers better informed of the scedual they told us 4 for closing the the party room was till 330 but that wasn't the facts we only had 10 min to take out all out stuff and guest. One of the works got on the table and said if every guest was not out of the premises by 330, the host would lose the deposit. Untastfully. Other than that, I would recommend a really great place for a kids' party. Thank you.

I hired Ely's Play House for my son's 2nd birthday party and I was SO happy with how everything turned out! All of kids had so much fun and the parents were super impressed. I was blown away by how the party room was decorated and would definitely recommend that option. Overall, this was such a great and stress free experience. My only wish was for a little more time because even after 2.5 hours no wanted to leave!

Highly recommend booking a birthday party here! The ladies did a beautiful job and were super accommodating and friendly. Everything was super clean and decorated beautifully. Will definitely book our next party here!

Omgoodness how much I love Ely’s Play House! I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! We’ve been coming to open play for about a year and my daughter and I have both loved it! We got a membership during the hot summer, and it was absolutely worth it! They’ve updated so much in the year we’ve been coming, it’s even better now! There’s so much for the little and big kids to do: climbing, slides, ball pit, lots of pretend play, riding cars, fine motor toys… and seriously so much more! We come during the weekdays, and it’s wonderful. Not too crowded, very clean, and organized. We recently had my daughter’s 2nd birthday party here, and it was perfect! They provided all the decorations, and they were AMAZING!! They incorporated all the things I asked and went above and beyond. Exceeded my expectations for sure. My daughter had a blast, and all my friends said the same for their kids. There were a couple issues that came up, but each one was addressed immediately and smoothly. Riyleen and the staff were a pleasure to work with, very kind and respectful to everyone in our party. A very long review to say that I highly recommend Ely’s Play House! Whether you’re going to open play or hosting a party, you and, most importantly, your kids will have a great time!
