Encore Theatre and Gallery

Went to a Christmas show in December that I was excited about however the show was scheduled for 5pm but didn’t start until 8pm. We had to sit in the lobby for nearly 3 hrs because they stated the people who purchased food had to eat first. I asked for a refund due to the show not starting on time and I had other events to attend but they said no refunds and I tried waiting but by the time the show started we were falling asleep. They stated the show would only be delayed maybe a hr and a half but didn’t because some of their cast were late. On top of that we tried buying drinks to at least make it worth it however the bar was cash only. So I was out $100, ended up not seeing a show, waited for what seemed like forever and was thirsty! Maybe attaching an itinerary to the event promo would be helpful. This could’ve been a simple refund now I’m having to still fight with my claims department to try to resolve the issue. 0 out of 10…. Would not recommend.

I Had an awesome experience! The cast gave a great performance. So happy to have a theatre in the community. Definitely will be back to support it! A standing ovation to all that was involved. Congratulations to all!

This venue is AMAZING!!! Catered for a surprise Birthday party and the venue manager, Marc, was so accommodating!!! So easy to work with. If you need a venue for any gathering, this is the place.

Great space to see live theatre! The actors and staff are very appreciative of their audience and treat them like Royalty. A lot of actors commute from Atlanta to perform here. Encore might be available for smaller private parties/ events.
