2 months agoBoth my daughters have been coming to this gym for almost 2 years. We love that they have so many different classes. When you miss a class, you can use your makeup tokens for any of the classes. This has been a great way for us to try out different classes and different coaches. I love the flexibility to change classes to find the right fit for each of my children. They also have a play room upstairs, which I love for when we have time before class. It has taken us some switching around to find what coaches my kids mesh with best. There is some turnover with some of the coaches, which has been hard when my little ones get attached to someone they really like, but I think that's just how the workforce is now. Overall, my kids really enjoy all the dance, gymnastics, and ninja classes. Thank you!!!

2 months agoWe tried this place again as we had our daughter enrolled when she was 3 a couple years back. We had no issues a few years back. She is now in Kindernastics ( 5 year old classes ). The staff is rude and not accommodating at all. They always say to use the website, yet the website often encounters issues. When you call to try and ask for help or make a manual adjustment through the phone, they make you feel like it’s your fault or say that you signed the contract and that’s the policy. In a nutshell, my daughter could not make the Friday class at 6 PM and I saw an opening for 11 AM on their site for the next day on Saturday. I called to confirm and they mentioned because the makeup token won’t be created until Monday by “the system “ and she cannot attend; even though they acknowledged she did not attend Friday and had a makeup token. I asked kindly if they can allow her in the class as she has a makeup token that the system will generate on Monday. They said the could not do that. It’s mind boggling that they know she has a makeup token but blame the system. I asked if they can just manually adjust on Monday when the system issues the token as she would make it up on Saturday. As a business owner, I often make reasonable accommodations for clients and never blame the system. As a parent of a 6 year old and 6 month old, we can’t make every class and just wanted a reasonable accommodation. Beware before “ signing the contract “ as this is the answer you will get when you ask for an accommodation. I do suggest getting a system that generates a makeup token at midnight the day of a missed class every day and not just Monday - Friday or a work around this if you all have such a troubling website or process to handle missed classes. When I did get a call back, they said they only process make ups on regular business days. According to your site, you all are open Monday - Saturday, seems to be like Saturday is a regular business day to me. When I told them that Saturday is a business day as they are open, they mentioned that the General Manager processes the makeup tokens and he’s not working as they had no response to my rebuttal when I stated Saturday is a business day. Great way to ruin my daughter Saturday morning. Guessing if she missed Thursday or any week day she would have a make up the next morning to use, but not on a Friday missed class. Broken process for a such a large gym with no accommodations.

2 months agoI felt I needed to share my experience with Endurance Elite Gymnastics as it been nothing but disappointing. My niece was so excited to start and was looking forward to it every week, but our time there has been a series of frustrations. From the start, we found the organization to be completely lacking. The staff has been rude, disorganized, and their poor communication led to a situation where my niece was unable to participate in class today. This caused her so much distress, and it broke my heart to see her so upset. Despite our best efforts to be patient and understanding, each visit has been filled with more issues—horrible customer service, negative attitudes, and an overall unwelcoming environment. It's hard to describe just how bad the experience has been, especially when my niece loves gymnastics and we tried so hard to look past everything. While I understand there are policies in place, it's their responsibility to provide accurate and clear information to parents, which has not been the case at all. Our entire experience has felt unprofessional and disrespectful, to the point where it seems as if they were trying to push us out the door. I strongly recommend doing thorough research before enrolling here. Unfortunately, this is not a family-friendly or child-friendly place, and we will be looking for an alternative gym for my niece moving forward. As I mentioned earlier, this is not a one-time issue—this has happened on numerous occasions, with staff consistently being rude. I’d also like to add that when my brother-in-law and sister tried to speak with management, their responses were hostile and unprofessional. The owner is refusing to take responsibility and is attempting to cover up the situation by calling my brother-in-law’s review a “threat.” However, what they seem to forget is that reviews exist for this very purpose—to warn others about bad behavior and poor service. Freedom of speech is clearly not supported at this gym. Additionally, they mention that makeup tokens and reschedules are set by their staff, and as we all know, humans make mistakes. Unfortunately, their staff has made these mistakes multiple times, and instead of taking responsibility, they try to place the blame on the parents. It’s shocking how unprofessional the owner is, and the hostile responses are clear evidence of this. Please take the time to read the reviews and responses so you can see for yourself. Find a gym that is welcoming and truly child-friendly. They made my niece cry and rather than apologizing they are creating more issues. As I said very unprofessional.

2 months agoThe coaches are awesome! But the owner runs a shady business practice. I politely emailed bringing up a safety suggestion after I sustained an injury here with the adult gymnastics classes. She completely dismissed my suggestion and started accusing me of getting injured due to not following staff instructions (after I emailed her with a safety concern that I literally could not properly understand/hear the instructions…). They seem to be understaffed with a main profit motive of money over safety. I tried to be nice but will be paying more for a membership somewhere else to protect my health. Will not be returning.

a year agoBlanca is the most helpful and kind person. I started my daughters at the gym and was having some trouble getting my youngest placed in an appropriate class for her skill level. Blanca didn’t turn me away without a solution she spoke to the owner and was able to get my daughter a tryout for pre team! This saved us from having her in a class that was not challenging her and wasting time and money. I can’t thank her enough! To the day I look forward to seeing her, she always has a smile and helpful attitude! I definitely recommend this gym and Blanca if you need any assistance!
