EPIC Theatres at Oakleaf

I don't know why people are not talking about this.. the place is nasty. The food is disgusting. I went to an XL showing and the screen was blurry and horrible quality. Complete waste of my money. I got a pretzel with cheese and the cheese was so watery! My hot dog bun was stale. The people were nice and that was the only good part. I attached a random photo of the screens. I just dont understand what happened to this location.

Very nice clean, modern and friendly movie theater with beautiful seating, good screens and audio. We went to see Homeland this time. Early Friday evening. Less than half full theater. We had the luxury recliners and they were perfect. I'm 6'1" and was able to curl up a little in the seat like I would on the couch at home. Available food was typical, but of a high standard and reasonable theater prices. Branded meals for all the current movies. I got a sonic the hedgehog sofa which satisfied my inner child. Premium branded popcorn bucket (for 4 probably) was $32 I think. I skipped that because it was just 2 of us. You could keep the bucket and use it at home on movie night.

This is an absolutely amazing theater. The manager Anastasia is absolutely phenomenal. She’s a pleasure to speak with and cares about the cleanliness and the happiness of each and every customer. Ozzy Is one of her employees and she has trained him extremely well he is very kind and attentive to each and every customer He meets and greets. My family and I do not go to any other theater than this due to the fact of the staff, the cleanliness the pitcher and sound of each and every movie. Thank you, epic for having an amazing epic employees such as Anastasia and Ozzie They keep us coming back

This used to be my go to theater. But frequently the app or website would be down and I couldn't order tickets the usual way. Making it hard or impossible to redeem or earn loyalty points. The theater was always an acceptable to good state in terms of cleanliness. The biggest draw for me is that XL screen which I like to use for movies I am incredibly hyped to see. I still enjoy epic I just wish there would be some consistency with order process as a lot of the theater upgrades over time have been fantastic. I always have a good time when I get there.

This theater was really bad. The food was bad and high priced. They didn't have a variety of things to choose from either. They did have a variety of different popcorn if you eat that. The alcohol was good but again you need food. The movie kept stopping. It was just a horrible experience, and I will never go back.
