a month agoHad a whole lot of fun here. It's western themed art the playground and there are so many things for kids to do. There's a swing at, sand box, rock climbing wall, see-saws, slides, a wagon to climb on, a tee-pee to get into, and a little zip line. Wonderful place to spend the whole day. Dog friendly, wheel chair accessible, and picnic tables for parties and lunch. Parking can get crowded because this park is so popular. There is a mountain to hike and have a nice view of the city. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. In the summer, the water for the splash pad will be turned on. Bathrooms are available but the up keep on them is poor in the weekends.

a month agoI'm happy to have discovered this park! It's a great place to walk, and you can hike up a hill to get a view of the strip. There were adorable rodents (prairie dogs? chipmunks? ground squirrels? idk), birds, grass, trees, and plenty of people enjoying their day.

a month agoCame here for a walk with some friends last weekend. Such a beautiful park. The views are amazing at any part of the park. We hiked to the top, choosing a moderate path to the top. It wasn’t very hard at all but you definitely need to be prepared with shoes with grip, and be prepared to be a little out of breath. It’s dog friendly and kid friendly with the playground and trail, but some people were hiking with their dogs and small kids. There are benches and some tables and volleyball courts. Will definitely be making this a regular spot of mine

5 months agoI don't think pictures can really describe how big and fun this place is! We live on Washington and rainbow but made the drive for our 3 year old, and definitely will come back! Plenty of benches around the park for parents or parties! Nice grass areas off to the side! A little something for every age!!

2 months agoAfter my run-in with leukemia, I want to make sure my children are able to learn everything I have to offer. One of those things is being in good shape and staying in good health. Hiking is something that actually built my foundation as a child. I have literally hiked and helped repair every trail on Mt. Charleston💯💯💯 Hiking actually gave me an edge over my peers because they were focused on having just fun while I was building up my mind, body, and soul. This is the perfect place to build with your children and an amazing family experience that will help you grow and develop💯💯💯
