Festive Water Paddlesports

I have bought my kayak all of my accessories and most recently my trailer from Festive Water and I have zero complaints! I have the coolest Slayer Max on the planet and a sweet trailer to haul it to the water with! Great group of people that go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction!!

Bought a TX Fishing trailer from Nathan. Before traveling to pick up the trailer I spoke with Nathan to see if he had plugged it in to make sure it was in working order. He said he had checked it. The owner of TX Fish Trailers said that he had also checked and the rigging lights worked. Drove 5 hours one way. When I arrived to purchase the trailer Nathan was not there and the lights did not work. The lights were not grounded and never worked to begin with. None of the switches on the cargo box worked. Straps and welded hooks are not lined up correctly. Paint is chipping everywhere. Trailer was obviously not primed before painting. Charged an extra $400 for shipping that was not disclosed. I was lied to. Very unprofessional business. I would suggest that anyone wanting to buy a trailer to stay away from this business. **The owner of TX Fishing trailers is a very nice guy. He offered some money back for my troubles.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Amazing staff, very helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommend Festive Waters to anyone looking to get into a new kayak or get into kayaking in general! Just wanted to add an update to show my progress with the lure 10, awesome upgrade and happy to help anyone else who is wanting to add this to their setup!

Thank you Tim and Festive Water Paddlesports for an AWESOME and memorable last day of Fall Break for our family💦🚣. My husband Paulo surprised us with the idea to rent kayaks and spend the day on Lake Lanier. We rented 4 single person kayaks for the afternoon (4 hours). The equipment was in great shape and the mesh backrests were so comfy. Tim could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and fun! He got us outfitted and launched in no time. Easy peasy, well at least he makes it look that way. All with a smile and some great advice where to paddle b/c we had never been kayaking on Lake Lanier. When we returned, he was right there to get us finished up and on our way to a late lunch in the area. Not only do we highly recommend Festive Water Paddlesports, but we would not rent from ANYONE else, and can't wait to rent from them again for future outings, especially when family visits from out-of-town. Fantastic paddlesports store! I called with some initial questions and was treated with the upmost respect. Nate understood my needs and helped me set up a Bonafide PWR129 with a Newport 180 pro. He suggest components that I would benefit from and talked me out of options I really did not need. He completely rigged my boat and it looks amazing - completely profession. He even installed items I brought to the shop! I have not had many large ticket purchase go as smoothly and professionally as this one - top notch - Go see Nathan, I promise he will take care of you!
