3 weeks agoMade our way to this park during their shout festival. Everything was closing up since it was 8 pm, but there were plenty of things to do. They have seesaw for the kids, a spider web jungle gym, exercise equipment, restrooms, a huge field, and seating locations for everyone. This park offers a lot more of play options for kids and great location. Even though it was nighttime, you were still able to see and have a great time.

a year agoFirst thing, beautiful park & love what they have done there. It is definitely a good place to have your family and friends to enjoy some time together. It is truly a nice park but time for some honesty. One…TOO MANY HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS around….not to be mean but in order to keep that place in a beautiful and SAFE environment…this has to happen…remove them. You have too many families with children out there for this to be happening. Two….the park itself need some sort of park security on bikes and even walking around…it would do the park some good. Three…clean up that fountain in the back….the water is dirty and clearly if there are homeless people, they have been bathing in that. The park has true potential, like date nights with live music for the city ….must do better.

11 months agoWe are not from Charlotte and we didn't go to the park for the park we went for the Lovin' life music festival. It was my oldest son's dream to see Post Malone we screamed, laughed, and cried to his songs and I would never trade it for anything I will forever have a place in my heart for this location now. My 2 youngest LOVE David Kushner my 4 year old and 3 year old say daylight is their favorite song. Myself and my 2nd oldest absolutely adore Jessie Murph. We drove 5 hrs and stayed at a nearby hotel which we made about a 10 min walk to the park. The grass was nice off to the side to sit and relax. We got Super VIP for the festival so we didn't need to worry about food or drinks but it was a great experience and if they have great artists again next year it will become a tradition for sure!

2 years agoA lovely park for the family to come and enjoy the day. There are water sprouts shooting around where the kids and adults can wet themselves to cool off the warm weather. The park allow people to play around with their family and the exercise area have nice equipment to get your workout on and get in shape. Great place to relax and enjoy with the family

10 months agoThe park and location are wonderful, but homeless people and pee smell around them during summer ruins it all. Loved the views, splash pad, and kids' workout and playground area.
