a month agoWe had a mixed bday party, 8 & 15. Great experience, they were very accommodating to our needs, I really liked the attention our server gave our party, the kids had an escort to their events. Definitely recommend this to anyone that has an upcoming 4-15 year old bday party.

3 months agoGreat place for the entire family. Great food. Tons of stuff to do. So happy we found this place. We didn’t even know it existed. First time my gamer kid has broken a sweat that I can remember. Getting the monthly pass!

2 weeks agoI can’t thank you enough for everything you did to make Rowan’s birthday so special. He had an amazing time, and the adults really enjoyed themselves too. Everything ran so smoothly—especially thanks to Jenna, our wonderful flight attendant. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and patient. She truly went above and beyond for our group, and she absolutely deserves a raise! Thank you for helping make this the best birthday Rowan has ever had!

7 months agoFrom the Moment we Boarded our experience was Wonderful! Cricket helped us to start off our Journey and explained things wonderfully for us being first timers. Huge Thanks! Throughout our afternoon experience at the different activities the staff were great and Very Helpful especially on the Ropes Course with our son who is autistic and often afraid of these type of activities but NOT today he felt Very Safe and Encouraged and when he got stuck a couple times. The Staff @the Hanger were very Fantastic with the Menu Item descriptions and knew their Menu well! We Definitely will be BACK for sure!!! Only small thing I would suggest is more staff wearing their name tags to be able to be recognized for their hard work.

a week agoI was a regular customer since you first opened your doors. I recommended Flight 509 to everyone. It’s significantly gone downhill the last few months. I have never left a negative review in my life, but the recent experiences definitely earned it. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff rather than paying customers. The service was slow, and when we did finally get someone’s attention, they seemed more interested in chatting with each other. The language used by staff around children was an absolute disgrace. As for the Cafe, it use to be my favorite part. The service and quality use to be amazing. However now it is the worst, and disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover it. Bland, poorly presented, and nowhere near the quality you’d expect for the price and wait. It felt like no care went into the preparation at all. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that left a bad taste—literally and figuratively. Definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re looking for an example of what not to do.
