2 weeks agoMy son was invited to a birthday party here and had a blast he wanted to come again. Brought my 2yr old with us this time and he was having the time of his life in the foam pit. Clean facility. We'll definitely be back

a month agoI had a birthday party here for my 5 year old and about 20 of her friends on a Saturday. First and foremost, the customer service was top notch. Mikayla, and Nina were attentive, engaging, and on task. I've been to almost every trampoline park in the DC area and this was, by far, the best customer service I've ever seen. The facility was super clean. Even the bathrooms. All the equipment was in good shape. It did not look worn or weathered. You can tell they make a point to take care of the equipment and keep everything safe. The food was one time and well prepared. My daughter's party was actually supposed to be around 10-12 kids. That number doubled. They were able to put us in a room that easily fit 20+ kids and all of their parents without the room feeling overcrowded (Room #4). If you're looking for a trampoline park to have a birthday party, this is where you go.

a week agoI visited Flight on April 21, 2025 and I had a great experience. An employee by the name of Eli was super helpful and interacted great with our kiddos. He went above and beyond to play with them and offered for them to go on the slide. You can tell that he loves his job and children, Thank you Eli. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I expected a little more activities but that has nothing to do with the excellent customer service.

2 weeks agoMy family had a great time at the park! The staff were very nice, especially Adam and Alexander. They were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! I was also pleased with how clean the park was! We will definitely be going back!

3 months agoWe were invited for a birthday party and it took EVERYTHING in me to come because most of these place be sooo unorganized but Not this location and they monitor their baby areas which is essential for us toddler parents. Mckayla and whoever else hosted us were cleaned and went above to host us on a Saturday. Many kudos and I’ll. commute over here anytime with my kids.
