4 weeks agoIt's a giant concrete troll sculpture under the Aurora Bridge with a VW Beetle in one hand. It's been around since the 90s. They added stairs to the side of it, and it's easier to get to the trolls shoulders. On the day we went, it was clean and not too busy. Parking is street parking and can be difficult to find since it is in a neighborhood. It's good for a quick look if in the area but not worth a whole day adventure.

3 months agoThis is a picture worthy attraction of a giant troll under the bridge holding a real 50s-60s Volkswagen Beetle. Don’t be shy to climb up with your friends to get some cool fun shots. Also check out the park to the right, you’ll get a cool view of the city from there.

2 months agoTook a Friday off to see the Fremont Troll. The scene was very interesting kinda feel like someone’s in the troll itself jk 😂 it is indeed a beautiful sculpture. One thing is that it’s limited on parking so you would have to be there at the right time. It wasn’t crowded at all so I took some pics with it. Worth to check it out when you’re in Seattle…

3 weeks agoThis is Free! You do not need tickets! It's alittle hard to find but keep trying because it's super cool! We loved this quirky piece of art. The VW in his left hand is real! With a hubcap in one eye!

3 weeks agoThe Fremont Troll is an iconic public sculpture located in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood, created by artist Steve Badanes. This impressive piece depicts a massive troll clutching a real Volkswagen Beetle. Parking near the troll is limited, so I had to make a quick stop for a photo. It's definitely worth seeing in person.
