Fresno Indoor Soccer

Great facility. Scheduling needs major overhaul. Never released a full schedule. Every youth game was released week by week. No accountability for player age, 11 year olds on u10 teams. Hoping they can make some improvements because the facility is great.

Decent place , but the scheduling sucks , and there’s not enough playing time, especially for picks ups. They don’t have extra balls when in game so if the ball gets stuck, you are waiting forever to get the ball. Plz fix the scheduling , and get better refs

Fresno indoor looks amazing. They did a great job revamping the place. What a great facility to play some fun and or competitive indoor soccer. Or a great space to rent for birthdays or other special events. The future is bright here

One star is too many! Fresno Indoor Soccer has serious management issues and a lack of organization. Unfortunately, our team was not provided with the full 8 games that we paid for, and we did not have accurate information about our scheduled games on a timely basis. Tonight our kids finished a winter league and we were scammed from 2 games we paid for. We were only given 6 games. The management was unable to provide a schedule for 8 games. They would send out an email stating they'd have the schedule out for that weekend by Tuesday night. Every Tuesday came and went with no schedule. We would usually get the schedule on Friday, one day before our games. The lack of reliable communication from management, including the absence of a clear game schedule and unresponsive emails, phone calls, and texts, made it difficult for the coaches and families to plan and make necessary arrangements for the team. This past week, the coach and manager informed the indoor management on multiple occasions through email, phone calls and texts that our team was not placed on the schedule. They had scheduled a different team who was not in our league instead of us. It was extremely difficult to get a response. We were finally informed on Friday that we would have a game tonight (Sunday). The team who arrived appeared much older than our 2012 team and clearly were not in the league we were placed in. The restrooms were nasty - no toilet paper and floors are always wet. At a cost of $750 for 8 games, we expected a higher level of organization and management. You'd think with the number of teams who pay, they be able to hire someone with knowledge of how to schedule and manage appropriately, security at night so cars stop getting broken into and extra staff to maintain the restrooms. Do not waste your money! Hopefully we'll be prorated and provided a refund for the 2 games we were cheated from. Try Underground Futsal instead. They provided us with a schedule for the entire season from day 1 and have very clean restrooms!

Do not recommend them. The scheduling is so bad, they are so unorganized. They don’t send the schedule out in advance, you end up asking them when is your next game or why you guys are not on the schedule. They did not give us our 8 games, so technically they robbed us 2 games out of the 8 games guaranteed. Take your team somewhere else.
