a year agoI used to bring my older son here years ago and now I bring my toddler. He absolutely loved his first time here so we will be back soon. Everything is soft so you don't have to worry about your kids hurting themselves when they fall (which they most likely will fall). It's a fun theme. There are interactive pieces like the bear snores when you climb on him and the pot makes a boiling noise. It's clean. The security guard is friendly and pays attention. This is a fun, clean and free place to bring your little ones if you don't want to be or can't be outside.

3 weeks agoDISCRIMINATION AGAINST AUTISTIC PEOPLE. me and my autistic son came here 04-03-25 @1pm. my son was stimming out of excitement, and before we can walk in this security guard stopped me and said he needs to check his height, so we do he was the max height, but he was not over the limit at all. so he said my son can't play in there. he needs to just sit down. I told him that's ridiculous to make a small child with a disability to sit down the whole time. he stims, his IQ is low, he has low comprehension. my son doesn't even speak, he's not a threat to anyone. we went in I was trying to get him to sit there and this security guard is literally keeping a sharp eye on him and me, it made me very uncomfortable! so he went in there to tell me to get my son and I told him to leave me alone my son has a disability I can't control him fully, and he told me to get out. and as I'm trying to get my son he's over there calling back up because I told him to leave me alone. he's calling back up as if we are a threat to him. we were in there for like 5 minutes tops and that was our first time being in there ever. I was so disappointed. I strongly believe this security guard did not want my son in there with the other kids or something. because his height was fine. This security guard was doing way too much at a children's play area. He was extremely rude, and he did not care either. I called the mall to report this issue, I spoke to a woman named summer, she took my info but I have not received a call back from anyone. We will never go back to this place and I will keep spreading awareness of autism , because people like that security guard.

a year agoWhat a fun little place in Memorial City Mall that’s open pretty much the whole Day (11 to 30min before mall closing). There’s lots of interesting play vignettes, including a castle that’s has a slide and climbing frames, some other fairy tale characters kids can climb on, go under. It is very busy but not overwhelming. There is security at the gate a height cutoff so it’s younger kids only. Best of all, it’s free!

3 months agoGreat indoor fun place to take your kids during unfavorable weather commissions! The playground is clean and well kept. The security is very friendly and very well managed. They keep order during ingress/egress and ensure the playground rules are followed.

4 months agoFind place wasn’t too crowded with one type of crowd always kept moving never a group of people blocking or taking up inconvenient space a good mutual respect between everybody. If you are single, good place to pick up other singles if you are with a couple or on a date a decent. Good for all occasions.
